If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at info@stjameart.com with your order number and photos - we’ll make it right.

Shipping delays, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
